Refund policy
At Dameem Fragrances, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances and an exceptional customer experience.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if the product is damaged, defective, leaking, or an incorrect item has been delivered. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, seals, labels, and accessories intact.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or refund. Products showing more than minimal testing (approximately 10% or more of the original content used) will be considered used and will not qualify for return or exchange.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, or a replacement product will be dispatched, as applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified product defect.
For return, exchange, or refund requests, please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
